The R-15 rear rack handles medium to heavy loads, with enough room to support a large rack bag. Hand-brazed design keeps pannier bags safely away from the rear tire. Plus, the R-15 comes with high-quality P-clamps, so you can still install it even if your bike doesn't have rack mounts.  Offered here in two flavors: with or without the loadstop (that tombstone shape bit on the front end of the deck).
